Biography
Upon graduating from law school, she spent the first few years practicing with her father, Richard Jones. They were in business together until 2000 when she began sharing office space with Tom Grogan. In July of 2008, Ms. Nicola moved her firm to its current location at 681 Goodlette Road North. The space continues to be shared with Tom Grogan and another attorney, Michael Beal.
Ms. Nicola’s practice is limited to family law and family law related matters. She has been married since 2001 to John Nicola and has a daughter, Gabriella, who is two years old.
Tamara Lynne Nicola is an attorney with extensive experience in family law matters. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a minor in sociology, from Stetson University in 1987 and her juris doctor from Ohio Northern University in 1992. While in law school, she received the American Jurisprudence book award for family law. She was the president of the Student Bar Association during her third year of law school and a member of the honors fraternity Phi Delta Phi.
